This is a well designed simple to operate translator. It will cover 95% of what you need being a tourist. The only flaw I see in this machine is not being able to enter your own sentences, but that might be a flaw in all machines, so I would bring a dictionary for those times. Excellent voice quality and volume. I will bring a set of watch batteries with me on the trip as I don’t know about the availability of those batteries in Europe.
